Supplying only traditional native breeds, our slow growing Norfolk Black Turkeys spend the whole of their lives free to roam the clover rich paddocks of an East Anglian farm. Fed on a natural diet of cereals and vegetable protein our turkeys mature slowly without the need for antibiotics or growth promoters.
All of our birds are dry-plucked by hand before being hung for two weeks. Adopting this time-honoured and traditional approach may be labour intensive but the rich tasting, succulent meat that is produced is well worth the effort.
